Biographical Sketch

Laure Berti-Équille received a M.Sc. degree in Physics in 1995 from the University of Toulon (France) and a M.Sc. degree in Computer Science in 1996 from the University of Paris IX (France). She earned the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science in 1999 from the University of Toulon (France). From 1999 to 2000, Laure worked as an assistant professor at the University of Avignon (France). In September 2000, she joint IRISA Lab as a permanent associate professor of the University of Rennes 1 (France) and received her "Habilitation" in June 2007. From September 2007 to December 2009, she was a visiting researcher at AT&T Labs Research, Florham Park (New Jersey, U.S.A.) in the Database Group leaded by Divesh Srivastava. Her research project was supported by a Marie Curie OIF fellowship of the European Commission (Grant FP6-MOIF-CT-2006-041000). Since January 2011, she moved to IRD (Institut de Recherche pour le Développement) as a Senior Research Scientist (DR2) and joint LIF (CNRS, Aix-Marseille University) Lab as associated researcher.
