- Collaboration with INSERM U522 and, in particular, with Fouzia Moussouni (Associate Prof., Univ. of Rennes 1) on the acquisition, cleaning, and integration of semi-structured biomedical data with data quality monitoring.

In charge of the scientific achievements of INRIA Rennes (one of the 30 partners of the consortium) for the European Integrated Project ENTHRONE (End-to-end QoS through Integrated Management of Content, Networks and Terminals - Phase 1 - FP6-2002-IST-2.3.1.8) from December 2003 to March 2006, I had to coordinate the efforts of more than 15 partners on three important tasks of the project related to multimedia metadata management.

PI (from December 2005 to June 2007) of the research project (Action de Recherche Amont - ARA - 2005-2008) entitled QUADRIS, selected and funded by the French Agency for Research (ANR) . The main objective of this project was to provide theoretical solutions for monitoring data quality in multi-source Information Systems with experimental validation on the data provided by our industrial partners. The partners of this project were: University of Versailles Saint-Quentin (PRISM), CNAM (CEDRIC), University Aix-Marseille 2 (LSIS), Institut Curie, and EDF R&D.

Synergistic Activities
Organization- Laure Berti-Équille has co-organized several workshops dedicated to data and information quality such as IQIS 2005 workshop (Information Quality in Information Systems) and QDB 2009 workshop (Quality in Databases) in conjunction with the two of the top-3 ranked conferences ACM SIGMOD 2005 and VLDB 2009 respectively.
- In France, she has initiated and co-organized the first workshop editions dedicated to Data and Knowledge Quality (DKQ) in 2005, 2006, 2010 and 2011 in conjunction with the main French conference on Knowledge Engineering and Data mining (EGC).
- In 2009, Laure Berti-Équille along with 6 other French industrial partners has created ExQi, Excellence Quality Information, the first non-profit organization dedicated to data quality and data governance for French companies. ExQI organized a 3-days conference, DEP - Data Excellence Paris in 2010 and 2011
